Adventure (ADV) and enduro bikes are the fastest-growing export categories for Chinese motorcycle factories. Importers in Latin America, Southeast Asia, Russia and Africa want them for the same reason: bad roads, long distances and riders who need one bike that does everything.

This guide explains how YINGANG builds adventure and enduro motorcycles for importers and brand owners — which platforms we offer, what you can customize, and how the bikes ship.

Adventure (ADV) platforms

Our XR series is a dual-sport adventure family: tall seat, long-travel inverted forks, a 13–15 L tank for range, and option packs for touring (luggage box, ABS, CarPlay-style dash).

Model Engine Power / torque Dry weight Tank
XR-4 300cc oil-cooled, 4-valve 19.5 kW / 27.5 N·m 148 kg 13 L
XR-3 300cc air-cooled, DOHC 4-valve 16 kW / 22 N·m 148 kg 13 L
XR-5 125cc liquid-cooled, 4-valve 11 kW / 11.5 N·m 148 kg 15 L
XR-1 223cc air-cooled 10.6 kW / 14.5 N·m 146 kg 13 L

All XR models share one chassis family, so the same bike can be offered from 125cc to 300cc with air, oil or liquid cooling. That lets one private-label program cover an entry price point and a flagship without a second supplier.

Looking for a 300cc adventure bike for private label? The XR-4 is our flagship: 27.5 N·m of torque at 5,500 rpm, EFI or carburetor, a 885/950 mm adjustable seat height and 250 mm ground clearance. It loads 75 units per 40HQ as CBU and 90 units as CKD.

Enduro and dirt bike platforms

For trail, enduro and rough-road markets we build lighter bikes with 21/18-inch wheels and high ground clearance.

Model Engine Power / torque Ground clearance Dry weight
K23 300cc liquid-cooled 19 kW / 23 N·m 300 mm 124 kg
K6 250cc air-cooled 14 kW / 18 N·m 280 mm 124 kg
M5 250cc air-cooled 12.5 kW / 19 N·m 210 mm 152 kg
CG200L 200cc air-cooled 10 kW / 13.5 N·m 260 mm 141 kg
BROSS 150cc air-cooled 8.5 kW / 10 N·m 260 mm 141 kg
CROSS-T 150cc air-cooled 7.2 kW / 11.5 N·m 250 mm 85 kg

Sourcing a 250cc enduro for wholesale? The K6 and M5 are the usual starting points. The K6 is the lighter trail bike (124 kg, 280 mm clearance); the M5 is the road-and-trail workhorse with a 16.8 L tank and SKD loading of 134 units per 40HQ. The K23 is the step up: liquid-cooled 300cc, inverted forks and 300 mm of clearance.

What you can customize

OEM/ODM is our core business. On adventure and enduro programs, buyers typically specify:

  • Engine: displacement within the platform range (for example 200–300cc on K23/K6, 125–300cc on the XR series), carburetor or EFI, cooling type
  • Safety and electronics: ABS or CBS, dash and connectivity options
  • Touring equipment: luggage box, racks, guards
  • Branding: your logo, tank graphics, colors, owner's manual and packaging
  • Compliance: lighting, emissions and documentation for your market's homologation

Tell us the target market and price point first — we recommend a platform, then build a sample to your specification.

CBU, SKD or CKD?

Every model above can be supplied fully built (CBU), semi-knocked-down (SKD) or completely-knocked-down (CKD). Kits cut container cost and, in many markets, import duty. See our guide to CBU vs SKD vs CKD for how to choose.

How a private-label ADV / enduro program works

  1. Brief — market, displacement, price target, certification needs.
  2. Platform and quotation — we propose models and options; order quantity and lead time are confirmed in the quotation.
  3. Sample — built to your spec and branding for road testing.
  4. Production and inspection — pre-shipment inspection, your third-party inspector welcome.
  5. Shipping and after-sales — spare parts and technical documentation for your service network.

FAQ

Do you make adventure motorcycles under the buyer's own brand? Yes. Most of our export volume is built for importers and brand owners who sell under their own name.

Which Chinese ADV motorcycle is best for rough-road markets? For heavy loads and long distances, the 300cc XR-4 (oil-cooled, 27.5 N·m). For lighter trail use, the liquid-cooled K23 with 300 mm ground clearance.

Can I mix models in one container? Mixed-model containers are common on first orders — ask us when you request a quote.
