What is your MOQ for motorcycles?
For CBU (fully assembled) orders, our standard MOQ is one 40HQ container, which holds 30–120 units depending on the model. Sample orders of 1–2 units are available so you can verify quality before committing. CKD/SKD programs are negotiable by volume.
Can you customize motorcycles with our own brand?
Yes. OEM/ODM is our core business. We can apply your logo, decals and color schemes, adjust engine specs and configurations, and produce packaging with your branding. Many of our long-term partners sell YINGANG-built motorcycles under their own brands.
What certifications do your motorcycles have?
Our production is certified to EEC (Euro 5) and ISO 9001 standards (model coverage varies). For markets with special homologation requirements, we support certification adaptation and documentation — tell us your target country and we'll confirm what's needed.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit with the balance before shipment, or irrevocable L/C at sight. Flexible arrangements are available for established partners with order history.
How long is the lead time?
Samples: 15–25 days. Trial orders (CBU): 25–35 days. CKD/SKD programs: 30–45 days depending on volume and customization. We confirm exact lead times in every quotation.
How do you pack and ship motorcycles?
We ship CBU (assembled), SKD (semi-knocked-down) and CKD (fully knocked-down) units in steel-framed export packaging, loaded in 20GP/40HQ containers from Chongqing/Shanghai ports. We handle all export documentation including customs declaration, certificates of origin and inspection reports.
Do you provide spare parts and after-sales support?
Yes. We supply spare parts packages with every order (typically 1–2% of unit value, free or at cost depending on order terms) and maintain parts availability for all export models. Technical documentation, repair manuals and exploded diagrams are provided to distributors.
Can I get a sample before bulk order?
Absolutely — we encourage it. Sample units ship within 15–25 days. Sample cost is typically refundable or deductible from your first bulk order.
Which countries do you export to?
Our motorcycles currently sell in 30+ countries across Southeast Asia, Latin America, Africa, the Middle East and Europe. Contact us to check model availability and certification status for your specific market.
How do I become a YINGANG distributor?
